My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and emotionally attuned — blending Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic insight, Somatic awareness, and Mindfulness. I also draw from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support regulation, connection, and growth.
