My approach is integrative, trauma‑informed, and emotionally attuned — blending Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic insight, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also draw from somatic awareness and mindfulness techniques to support regulation, connection, and growth.
