Individual therapy is where deep, collaborative one‑on‑one work unfolds. I offer a safe, grounded space to slow down and listen inward — gently exploring the emotions, patterns, and stories that shape your experience.

My approach is attachment‑based and experiential, informed by Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). Together, we explore the emotional patterns that guide — and sometimes take over — your life: places of pain from which you shut down, reach out, protect, or long for connection.

Through this work, we create new experiences of peace, safety, clarity, and connection - allowing you to reconnect with the innate and deeper truths of who you are.

What this looks like in practice

In our work together, we might:

  • Slow down and tune into your emotional experience with clarity and compassion

  • Track the patterns that show up in your relationships and inner world

  • Understand your emotional signals so they feel less overwhelming

  • Work with the deeper needs beneath your reactions or shutdowns

  • Create new emotional experiences that help you feel safer and more connected

  • Strengthen your ability to regulate and respond rather than react or collapse

NOTE ABOUT ADHD WORK

I support adults with ADHD, especially where attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity patterns intersect with identity, shame, or LGBTQ+ experiences. My work focuses on the emotional and relational aspects of ADHD and on exploring supportive environmental adjustments. I do not provide testing or diagnostic evaluation.
