“I am not just a therapist. I am a witness, a weaver, a wayfinder. I walk with others through the sacred terrain of emotion, and I trust the current beneath us.”

🧭 Therapeutic Approach

I work from an integrative therapeutic model that blends Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic insight, Somatic awareness, and Mindfulness. I also draw on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to enrich this framework.

I practice from a trauma‑informed perspective, recognizing the profound impact of trauma on emotions, relationships, and the body. My approach emphasizes safety, trust, and collaboration, while honoring each client’s pace and resilience.

Alongside deeper emotional work, I also provide practical tools clients can use in everyday life. Whether in individual sessions or group settings, therapy offers a supportive environment to learn skills, explore emotions, and grow in connection with others.

I am currently pursuing advanced certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, and Mood Disorders. These certifications are deepening my integrative approach and strengthening my ability to support clients with complex emotional and relational challenges, including borderline presentations, complex trauma (cPTSD), and challenges with emotional regulation..

🧡 Where Healing Begins

Healing begins in the presence of another. When someone meets us with warmth, attunement, and care, something shifts—we feel safe, seen, and supported. The nervous system softens, the body remembers safety, and the heart begins to speak. In this space, therapy is not just about talking, but about feeling: reclaiming parts of yourself that have been silenced or shamed, and allowing emotional truths to emerge without judgment.

This kind of healing doesn’t rush. It listens, honors the pace your nervous system allows, and integrates practical tools for regulation and resilience. Drawing from DBT and attachment‑based approaches, we notice how protective parts respond to vulnerability and how the body holds emotional risk. Together, we build a relationship that fosters safety, self‑trust, and transformation—returning again and again to connection.
