Group Therapy

Shared healing. Courageous connection. Emotional rewiring.

Group therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and gently reshape the patterns that hold you back. In a small, emotionally safe community, you’re invited to deepen self-awareness, practice new relational skills, and move toward connection — with yourself and others..

You don’t have to navigate this alone. There’s a place for you here.

Groups Currently Enrolling

From Depression to Connection

From Depression to Connection is an open and continuous therapy group for adults navigating depression and emotional disconnection. In a small, emotionally safe space, we explore the patterns that keep you isolated, deepen emotional awareness, and begin building pathways toward connection and self-compassion. New participants are welcome to join every 8 weeks. The next cycle begins in January.
