🌿 DBT Skills Group
A 6‑month, skills‑based therapy group for adults seeking support with emotional dysregulation, shame, and relational challenges. The group follows the full DBT Skills Cycle — Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness — and is designed to strengthen individual DBT work in a steady, supportive environment.
To ensure space for deeper processing and support around issues like self‑harm or suicidality, all participants must be engaged in individual therapy throughout the group.
