Welcome

The Depression Support & Recovery Group is an open and continuous, process‑oriented therapy group for adults (18+) in Indiana navigating depression, emotional numbness, disconnection, persistent sadness, or a sense of isolation.

Grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), this group offers a steady, emotionally safe space to slow down, make sense of what’s weighing you down, and gently shift the patterns that keep you stuck.
