Welcome
The Depression Support & Recovery Group is an open and continuous, process‑oriented therapy group for adults (18+) in Indiana navigating depression, emotional numbness, disconnection, persistent sadness, or a sense of isolation.
Grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), this group offers a steady, emotionally safe space to slow down, make sense of what’s weighing you down, and gently shift the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we work toward relief, resilience, and a more grounded, connected, and hopeful way of living.
What to Expect
A structured, predictable weekly rhythm A consistent space that helps you feel grounded and supported.
A supportive, emotionally attuned environment You don’t have to navigate depression alone — the group offers connection without pressure.
Gentle emotional exploration We untangle emotional patterns at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Opportunities for meaningful connection Build relationships with others who understand what you’re going through.
