Individual & Couples Therapy: $120 per 50-minute session
Group Therapy: $60/session (for current offering: Depression Support Group)

Note: According to SimplePractice’s 2023–2024 national data, therapy rates in the U.S. range from $122 to $227 per session. My rate reflects a commitment to accessibility, sustainability, and depth.

Payment & Insurance
I accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA accounts. I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide a monthly Superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
🧠 Individual Psychotherapy
Attuned care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, shame, identity, trauma, and life transitions.
Therapy begins with safety. I offer a warm, grounded presence where you can slow down and listen inward—gently exploring the emotions, patterns, and stories that shape your experience. Together, we notice what’s been carried, what’s been protected, and what’s been waiting to be felt.
As trust deepens, new possibilities emerge. You may begin to feel more connected to yourself and others, more able to name your needs, set boundaries, and move through life with greater clarity and compassion. I integrate psychodynamic, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic, and mindfulness-based techniques, tailoring our work to honor your pace and your story. This work invites not just insight, but integration—helping you move through life with greater clarity, compassion, and emotional presence.

🧩 Group Therapy
Attuned spaces for shared healing, reflection, relational growth, and courageous connection.
Group therapy offers a brave and tender space to witness and be witnessed—to explore your story in the presence of others who are also learning to listen, feel, and speak from the heart. In these spaces, we slow down together, noticing patterns of connection and disconnection, and gently practicing new ways of relating. Each group becomes its own living container, shaped by the courage, tenderness, and truth of its members. Within this safety, participants not only reflect but begin to enact change—experimenting with new behaviors, boundaries, and expressions of self in real time.
Current Offering: From Despair to Connection is a 12-week therapy group for adults (18+) living with depression. Rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Psychodynamic care, this group invites shared vulnerability and relational healing. Sessions meet weekly at CTS Counseling Center in Indianapolis, beginning August 2025. Limited to 8–10 members. $60/session.
🌱 Couples Therapy
Inclusive of all relational structures—couples, thruples, polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous partnerships.
I support partners in deepening emotional safety, repairing ruptures, and strengthening connection. Our work often begins by assembling the emotional landscape—slowing down reactive cycles to notice the attachment patterns, triggers, and behaviors that shape how you reach, retreat, or respond to one another. From there, we gently turn toward the emotions beneath, naming what’s tender and what longs to be seen.
As partners begin to share from this deeper place, new moments of connection emerge—moments that reshape the dance and invite lasting intimacy. This process unfolds gradually, honoring the vulnerability it takes to reach for one another and the courage it takes to stay. I guide this work with care, helping you move from disconnection toward trust, responsiveness, and emotional presence.
