🌈 Gay Men’s Attachment & Connection Group

Open to men who identify as gay, queer, or anywhere within the broader LGBTQ+ spectrum, this group provides a safe space for relational exploration and emotional connection.

🌿 About the Group

Many gay and queer men carry attachment wounds shaped by early experiences of shame, invisibility, or emotional disconnection. These patterns often show up in adulthood as loneliness, difficulty trusting, fear of rejection, or feeling “on the outside” even in queer spaces.

This group offers a supportive, emotionally grounded space to explore these patterns with others who understand them. Together, we’ll work toward building secure connection, deepening self‑understanding, and creating new relational experiences that feel safe, authentic, and meaningful.
